Bún thịt nướng is Rice Vermicilli.
Orginating from Vietnam. The version I got consisted of grilled pork and vermicelli noodles bedded with greens such as sliced cucumber, carrots, herbs. Also included were a few chopped up egg rolls, spring onions. Ending with roasted peanuts and onion on top and a small bowl of light fish sauce. The meal is light yet very flavorful. The meat and eggrolls give the dish the hearty substance. Try it out if you can.
